Your stay at the Alpine Lodge - some more information

  • Reception

    Our reception is open daily from 08.00-10.00 and from 16.00-18.00. In summer and in the off-season we are there for you daily from 08.00-10.00 am.

  • Check out/Departure

    We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure. We take no liability for forgotten items. Please check if you have removed all your personal belonings from the safe and taken them with you

  • General areas at the Alpine Lodge

    Please note that the main entrance is closed from 08.00 pm - 08.00 am. You can open the night entrance with your room key.

  • Friends and acquaintances

    Visits of acquaintances & friends during the period of stay in individual apartments are not allowed.

  • Fire alarm

    Alpine Lodge Klösterle is equipped with an automated fire alarm system and there are fire detectors in all apartments! Please avoid extreme steam development during cooking. In case a fire breaks out in your apartment, please leave the room immediately. Various fire extinguishers can be found in the hallways!

  • Escape routes

    All escape routes are clearly visible in the corridors and stairwells. In case of emergency, leave your apartment immediately and follow the green escape route lighting in the corridors.

  • Drinks

    There is a drinks machine by the night entrance in the basement. The price of drinks is approximately EUR 2.50.

  • Tableware/glasses/pots and pans

    All our apartments are equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and various kitchen utensils. You will find an inventory list in each kitchen cabinet. If something is missing or broken, please report it to the reception so that we can provide a replacement.

  • Waste disposal

    We ask you to separate the garbage in the designated containers (glass, plastic, paper and residual waste)! Every day the rooms are cleaned by our chambermaids and the sorted garbage will be taken away.

  • Night rest

    We kindly ask you to behave in the apartments, corridors and staircases in such a way that from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. night rest is respected.

  • Smoking

    The Alpine Lodge is a non smoking area. Please don´t smoke in the appartments. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

  • Safe

    The room safe is located in the room closet. Please read the instuctions before using. Those you will find in the safe. When you leave, please check that you have removed all your personal belongings from the safe and taken them with you.

  • Ski room/Bike cellar

    In the basement you will find the ski room with boot dryer. When you return from the slopes, you open the ski room door with your room key and get directly to the ski depot. Please don´t bring your skiboots to your room.

  • Security - Monitoring

    We kindly inform you that the access area to the Alpine Lodge, the ski room and the garage are monitored by video cameras.

  • Parking garage

    One numbered parking space is provided for each reserved apartment of CAT L. We kindly ask our guests to only use only the parking lot reserved for you. Please vacate your parking space by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The APP of CAT S and M have their car parking space outside. Deposit your parking card, which you will receive upon arrival, clearly visible behind the windshield. There is only one parking space is available per accommodation unit. All other vehicles are able to park in public parking lots in the center of Klösterle.

  • Loss of the room key

    In case you lose your room key, please contact the reception immediately. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement key, but we take the liberty of charging EUR 250.00 for the lost key.

  • Roomcleaning/service

    Our house fairies come daily and bring you fresh towels, sauna towels, dispose of the garbage, make the beds and clean the bathroom, IF YOU WISH. For the sake of our beautiful environment, only towels that are on the floor will be changed. If you do NOT want room service, please hang the "do not disturb" sign clearly visible on your apartment door.
